HOW TO REQUEST DATA DELETION

Send a message to +995591366633 with the text: "DELETE MY DATA"
Include your full name to help us locate your records.

Option 2: Via Email
Send an email to contact@geodrive.info with:
- Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
- Your phone number (used for WhatsApp communication)
- Your full name

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

1. We will verify your identity within 48 hours
2. We will confirm receipt of your request
3. Your data will be deleted within 30 days
4. You will receive confirmation once deletion is complete

WHAT DATA WILL BE DELETED

Upon your request, we will delete:
- Your phone number from our messaging system
- Your conversation history
- Your profile information
- Your booking inquiry history

EXCEPTIONS

Some data may be retained if:
- Required by law (tax records, legal disputes)
- Necessary for completing an active booking
- Needed for fraud prevention

Such data will be deleted after the legal retention period expires.

DATA THAT CANNOT BE DELETED

- Messages already delivered to our staff (we will anonymize these)
- Aggregated anonymous statistics
- Backup copies (automatically deleted within 90 days)

CONFIRMATION

After deletion, you will receive:
- Email confirmation of data deletion
- List of data categories that were deleted
- Information about any data retained and why
